1. RETURNS WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item for a full refund.
After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons:
Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.
Final sale items or clearance items (marked clearly at checkout).
Gift cards.
If you have any questions about whether your item is returnable, please contact us before initiating a return.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at info@symeno.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed), you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@symeno.com.
8. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@symeno.com with your order number and details.
For size or color exchanges, it is usually faster to return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
9. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@symeno.com with:
Your order number
A photo of the damage or defect
A brief description
We will resolve the issue promptly—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
10. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
11. CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed and cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
